My passion for technology started more than 10 years ago. Patiently repairing and upgrading computers at a young age was an enjoyable experience. Helping others with their computer related issues is always something that comes easily to me. A strong retail background has left me with outstanding customer service skills and a vast knowledge of computer and phone systems. My passion for troubleshooting can be seen every day. I love repairing anything that is not functioning properly albeit a car, computer, cell phone, etc. The ambition to having an understanding of how everything works keeps me very driven. I am very enthusiastic in my work and enjoy seeing completed work in a timely manner. I enjoy creative thinking to solve issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
